You warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.<\/span><\/p>\n

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.<\/span><\/p>

Purchases are supported by EveryPay. <\/span>Recognizing<\/span> the importance of electronic payment security, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (Decision No. 280\/3 \/ 23-7-2018 GG B 3010 \/ 25-7-2018), and manages securely card payment transactions, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. Everypay is certified in accordance with the PCI DSS compliance standards. All EveryPay services are made through secure connections with 256bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the ability to use the 3D Secure service, an additional security token for VISA & MasterCard. The Payer then has to enter his personal secret code to complete the transaction successfully.<\/span><\/p>\n

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.<\/span><\/p>\n

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Subscriptions<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (\u201cSubscription(s)\u201d). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (\u201cBilling Cycle\u201d). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wificatalogue will send you a reminder to your registered E-mail before the end of Subscription<\/span>
(\u201cBilling Cycle\u201d) and you will be noticed about the incoming charge.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Wificatalogue cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Wificatalogue customer support team at <\/span>info@menu-builder.com<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Wificatalogue with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Wificatalogue to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Free Trial<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Wificatalogue may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (\u201cFree Trial\u201d). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by Wifi catalogue until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wificatalogue will send you a reminder to your<\/span>
<\/span>registered E-mail before the end of Free Trial and you will be noticed about the incoming charge.<\/span><\/p>\n

At any time and without notice, Wifi catalogue reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fee Changes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Wificatalogue, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Wificatalogue will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chargeback \/ Refund Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Wificatalogue will not, except when required by law, issue cash refunds for early contract cancellation. If you have a<\/span>ny <\/span>question about charges made to your account, please contact us. If the charges were made in error, we will credit your account or credit card account for the appropriate amount.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any customer who disputes a credit card payment that is found to be valid will be banned from use of the Service. Any past due fees and costs will be sent to collections. If our collection efforts fail, unpaid debts will be reported to all available credit reporting agencies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (\u201cContent\u201d). By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service for marketing or promotional purposes.
